realized that stuff my coworker does (interrupting me on calls to tell me what to do, reaching over my shoulder to check the DB entry for a customer I’m talking with, asking about phone conversations with customers after they’re done) IS setting off hypervigilance, irritability. Unsure currently how I can help myself with knowing this.

@Leucrotta Does this coworker have the position/authority to be doing these things?

@GraySpots i think so; she’s been here forever and I’m fairly new. It’s just annoying and triggers me. At least now I know that I’m not necessarily fucking everything up nor will I necessarily have an adult breathing down my trachea about how I’ve fucked up.
