@LexYeen I mean I always parsed the original trilogy -especially after the prequels! - as the Jedi not actually being the good guys. A Greek tragedy where their inherent dogmatism and sterility set up Anakin until you’ve got Luke who hit some sort of middle path between completely ruled by emotion and blindly denying it. A new future. And then of course canon was naw fuck that.
