hypothetical; you, as the DM playing Strahd von Zarovich, wish to vel... I mean welcome the PCs to Castle Ravenloft. You want to avoid the Toccata and Fugue in D Minor because it's too predictable. What do you choose instead?
@Leucrotta Passacaglia. The others all have too much of an upbeat potential, better suited to the grand entrance into the masquerade ball or dining scene. But Passacaglia still has the tint of "are we making a mistake or am I just being a coward?"
