Is [TTRPG product] disinteresting to read because aging means my interests are changing, because stress means I'm losing interest in what used to be my hobbies, because it's a little too much wall-of-text hold my interest, or because it gets kinda trite and repetitive?
@Yolfen I'm leaning towards 3-4; the start of this Pathfinder was a module, so the text was very broken up into chunks, and the tail end was a lot of wall-o-text plus oh-SO-evil bad guys who frolic in intestines before summoning demonic flaming poo onto doorsteps before ringing the bell.
@Leucrotta Maybe any of the above depending on TTRPG and content format?
I've always felt both daunted and frustrated by the volume of content available for any TTRPG's of interest. Supplements often feel like extended thematic magazines. As sourcebook and supplement content mushrooms, there is too much page-flipping or memorizing, not enough quick reference cards or sheets.
RPG box sets and campaign packs are probably closest to what I most enjoy out of the hobby board game experience.
