I should have become a furry a long time ago.

I never participated in goon rushes, and I always felt the strain of abject cruelty at places like SA were a detriment. But I was still a goon, and I guess that's not really all that different from being a channer. I was still part of a thing that made the internet hostile and harsh instead of warm and friendly.

I chose that over this, and I feel so stupid for having done so. And I'm trying to make it up in the now.

Like, I just saw an ad for a company that makes app-controlled animatronic tails. Hand crafted expressions of joy. I've seen people wearing them and they looked so happy.

Why did I choose to be part of a wife beater's rage forum instead.

So yeah, maybe I'm a little overly enthusiastic about all this, about furry, about being queer. But wouldn't you be, if you figured out what made you truly happy, only it took twenty plus years of your adult life to get there?

@Charlotte possibly tangential but, do you follow Ace Ruele over on hellbird by any chance? He makes these ridiculously awesome prostheses and rigs.

@Leucrotta Nope haven't been on bad website in six months, but I'm intrigued!

@Charlotte has an Instagram too, I’m not finding a good dedicated web site.
