My experience and this might be wrong is;
* a lot of homophobes don't want Queers to go away; to shut up and be nice little straights who don't disturb them
* most anti-semites actually want Jews to exist at some level - as converts, as an existential threat looming elsewhere, just they don't want us to exist as real breathing people living nearby with our own identity.
* most anti-Black types don't want Black people to go away; they want a docile, profitable, exploitable underclass; they effectively want slavery back.
Transphobes aren't like the other haters, they don't want the subtler form of genocide where you lose your identity, shut up and behave in whatever ways convenience them. They don't want you detransitioned but theoretically comfortable. Transphobes WANT YOU DEAD.

@Leucrotta I would suggest that the response of anti-trans bigots is one-dimensional because they haven't devised a means to exploit the object of their hatred, but... they have. Bigots often sexualize transfolk, trans labour is either specialized or cheap or both. They have socially permitted ways to exploit transfolk, and yet they're still peculiarly intent on genocide.

@banneret no, that makes horrifying sense. Trans women are there only as sex objects/conveniently feminine (which won’t work for some transphobes); where trans men are viewed wholly through misogyny like anyone AFAB who won’t conveniently drop their entire life to be decorative and make children. Heteronormative misogyny moves transphobes to downright murderous with a terrible speed lacking in other bigots.

@Leucrotta Pondering this... I wonder if it's due to the fact that you can't wake up one morning and suddenly you're black or Jewish. No-one can really throw the brakes on a family dinner with "Mom, Dad, I think I'm black."
And they can ignore gay/lesbian activities as it really doesn't have any effect on their lives (and I think they secretly understand that).
But if someone is trans, they suddenly have to respect that person's name change and pronouns and let them into sacred spaces that previously required a penis or lack thereof.
I think the other three options they feel like they are still in control (or should be) whereas they lose control when faced with transness.
And it's outside what they learned in that one week in high school biology regarding how bodies work, so it's new and scary and must be destroyed for not fitting in to their binary world view.
