So let me guess, the “I’m happy to be at work for the first four hours or so being productive, but after that it feels like swimming through molasses or pushing hard” is an ADHD thing too?

Because it really feels lately like there were all these big flashing ADHD signs on me all this time; if this isn’t ADHD then it’s PTSD stuff which is nearly identical, and I know beyond doubt that my schools and parents worked on expectations that weren’t adapted to individual quirks (like being ADHD).
