@amaranth neat! I'm actually the ahroun in my own group. The pack finished their Rite of Passage (it didn't go even remotely as planned) a while back, and my character decided to stick with the Black Furies out of sheer crankiness; a chunk of his development as a character is learning and accepting more that he really *does* belong in and to that tribe.

@amaranth My group's been using the term "metai" and we've been running with a slightly tweaked interpretation of what happens if werewolves get it on (not-always-miserable). That said, Xiphoros' mother was less than thrilled with having a baby werewolf the "wrong" gender and he did not really have a fun childhood. Xi frequently presents as female when he's not around Furies and can therefore get away with it - he's fairly short and slender for the group's muscle, and skirts hide his hooves.
@amaranth I figured the most disdainful thing you could name an unwanted boy and have it sound superficially badass is “sword bearer/has a penis.”
