Questions for coffee drinkers

I'm a design student at the University of Minnesota. One of my assignments is a team project to redesign the to-go coffee cup.
I have questions for you! If you could answer some or all of these, and boost, it would be greatly appreciated.
1. How often do you get coffee to go?
2. Where do you go after you purchase your coffee? How do you get there?
3. Does anything bother you about the cups themselves? Have you had negative experiences with them?
4. What would you change about the to-go coffee cup if you could?
5. Does the coffee stay hot the entire time you're drinking it?
6. What do you do with the cup when you're done with it? Is sustainability a factor for you?
7. What is your profession?

1. I get to-go coffees 4+ times weekly
2. Typically I get to-go coffees while driving, either to work or to hike with my friends.
3. The worst experiences I've ever had is when something squashed the lips on a big stack of to-go cups, such that the lid won't fit on securely. I've run into this a couple of times.
4. I wish there were some better way to tell if the above has happened.
5. I tend to really take my time, so no.
6. I may reuse cups throughout the day but tend to throw them out after a day's worth of use. I should probably *not* be doing this. I'd feel happier if I knew they were a bit more degradable.
7. I'm an office worker.
