Which, yes, are (often but not always) vat-grown infants that have been converted into flight-capable servitors? But in the world of 40k, that ain't nearly the most abominable thing.

@LexYeen seriously, these have to be people who've never encountered 40K as a tabletop game before, that's always been in the artwork.
