It's a minor gripe in job hunting, but I still loathe those EEO questionnaires. Part of me always thinks, "why y'need my ethnicity, you wanna know what goes on the forearm tattoo? Why y'need to know if I'm disabled, you're just gonna find some reason in my resume that I'm not qualified for the job?"

@Leucrotta most employers are required to ask you to fill it out. You are not required to answer, but the employer is required to file the form to gather federal stats to ensure compliance to equal hiring and employment practices, and and if you don't fill it out for them they are allowed to kinda guess for you.
