@obscurestar I agree only partly; if someone can voluntarily, successfully walk away from something like their assigned gender at birth, there's literally nothing keeping people back from walking on less embodied beliefs.
BUT, I wouldn't discount that because trans people have low numbers and income, they're a safe target.
The whole wokeness BS is much more direct. They can't win over people who've learned bigotry is bad, so they have to make learning bigotry is bad into a conspiracy theory.
