* he'll block out an interesting pose/body and tangent both big flowing fabric and close fitting rigid costume elements to that body to retain silhouette

* so there's a contrast in material between rigid and free-flowing (he can use hair either way really)

* rigid elements like plates and jewelry, and flowing fabric or hair "wrap" shapes to create dimensionality

* costume shapes are exaggerated in a way that fits overall style.
