Fascism in the Workplace
My company's InfoSec group just put this MOTD in place for all users SSHing into our private internal dev server.
What possible benefit could result from this blatant fascist scare tactic? I just can't understand why companies so frequently treat their employees like criminals.
These sorts of messages are effectively microaggressions against those most negatively affected by late stage capitalism. They hurt the soul in a similar way.

@mawr I'm not saying I grew up war-dialling in the 80s, gracious no. I was a good kid, never did anything untoward. Wouldn't want to imply otherwards!
... I'm just saying *some* people once might have considered such boilerplate the equivalent of a starter's pistol going off. n.n
