@KoBunny *snugs* Fine now. Would've been fine then if I'd stopped earlier for dinner, or even a snack, or had a backup meal earlier still to compensate for the extra hours and exertion.
A rookie mistake, it's easy to get into a routine then get caught by a sudden change. I *know* better... bit embarassed, honestly. 9.9 Posting it publicly to keep myself honest: it happens, I should carry glucose for such occasions, a meal replacement bar or two for shift extensions.
