@Kyna The most important thing to remember about stress control is that the internal stressors (Work, relationships, money, art, travel, family) aren't worth the physical strain of experiencing it.
Cultivate a You that is removed from all those things. Who doesn't have to think about them, who is you but also Not you.
And when you find yourself physically hurt from the stress, take some time to take refuge in Them.
I can do this as a side-effect of my disorder, so it Does work.
