@addamschloe Remind yourself that you're only having anxiety for the sake of anxiety, do some squares in your head or whatever it is that helps you get centered and get your heart rate under control.
then remind yourself that this is a Normal day, with Normal expectations, and if You're normal and balanced and Nominal, you will Do The Thing and Win The Points.

@Motodrachen I'll try to keep this in mind tomorrow. I just hope I can get out of the mindset of 'oh no I can't do one thing, I am worthless, I can't do this job, I should just kill myself'
