mental health discussion (~)

really annoys me that, when my brain finally adapts to something and stops getting anxious about it, it just finds a new thing to be anxious about

"oh, you're fine with work anxiety now? get anxious about TOMORROW instead, slut"

@addamschloe I see my friends do this a Lot.
The habit you have to get into is stopping anxiety spirals when they start. Usually it's a result of a biological need not being met, and you re-contextualize it to mean you're not meeting an Abstract need.

When you get anxious, do a personal inventory: Have you eaten, have you stayed Hydrated, have you taken your vitamins and medication.
Are you Sleep deprived, are you Tired, have you taken care of Yourself?

You can't do anything about Abstract needs until you've met your Biological needs.
