ive been really really stressed lately over the roommate situation so it's been tougher than normal for me to just.... function normally, so im feeling really good about having gotten some stuff done rn

think im gonna try and do some more this afternoon and if im happy with it ill reward myself by putting on a shit ton of makeup and taking pics lol

@MapleDeer Take some of that stress, meditate on it, ball it up, and put it in an Object, then put that object on a shelf in easy view.

And for the next week, remind yourself that all your stress is in The Thing, not you.
