Actually a friend of someone who punched me nearly blind when I was 12 (and he was 18)
Actually it was funny, because he was like "I am so much better than you!" and then his fucking presentation TV flickered so badly that we had to stop looking at it.
He's also looking for people to work for him for 6 years straight now.
Apparently nobody wants to work for an arrogant asshole like him.

@maxine Oh yeah, this guy wasn't just Arrogant, he was Useless besides.
Like, I had nothing but contempt for this man, he was intentionally blind to anything that didn't fit with his personal reality, and after a while I realized he was a malignant narcissist who Thought he was the Real American Businessman.

So full of themselves that they think their detachment from reality /is/ reality.
Also if you don't respect them as an authority, they don't respect you as a human being (though, to them nobody but them deserves to be treated like a human being anyway)
Why so many of them are in HR is also an eternal puzzle for me.
If I'd own such a company, I'd kick them out first hand, because they're clearly not fit for the job.
