@Motodrachen But this isn't honey? I can't see it having near the shelf stable properties, much less how it'd differ in flavor, even more so if you contrast it with mono-flower honeys and wildflower honey

@IrisKalmia It's Not Honey, but's pretty close for a science experiment we tried on a whim one year after we planted the Giant Marigolds, not the dwarf variety.

So we had Pounds of flowers.

@Motodrachen How well did it keep in containers of it that hadn't been sterilized?

I don't refrigerate honey and sure as hell don't break out the pressure canner every time I open the jar <3

Though that would help keep it from crystalizing, hmm.
