just a sanity check:

let's say you share the bit at the back of your house with your next door neighbour. there's plenty of room, and even a neat little paved bit where their bins could live that's in a non-windowed bit - but instead they decide to park their bins immediately beneath your kitchen window.

is it just me, or would anyone else find that unnecessarily aggressive?

@thamesynne I'd find it aggressive. People will do shit like that and Deny it was on purpose, but when asked to change their behavior, they Won't.
