@mossbriar To compare and contrast, I'm AMAB and Non-binary, and work in a place loaded to the gills with Cis-guys.
It's enough that they pronounce my Name correctly, and don't have pet names for me. That's how low my expectations are.
Just trying to Explain what the hell I am to two of them went badly, and I had to use words that are Slurs in polite society to get any recognition.
We're worse than invisible, we're something most folks don't want to have to See, and understand. This of course does Not stop me from being myself.
Fine, I'm their representation as to what Non-binary folks are like. gonna have to be that way for a while.
