Nearly threw up today because I was so hungry. I've basically had a box of macaroni and cheese all weekend ._.
During the week, since I've no access to a fridge or anything like that, nor do I really have time to go anywhere, I've just been not eating lunch & waiting until I get home at 6. Sometimes without even eating breakfast.
I've basically slept most of this weekend, my longest sleep being 8pm-3pm & I'm still so tired. My leg/hip still hurts and has been for a week now

@Oneironott *sends hugs* I dunno if you can, but maybe consider grabbing a few protein bars for days like that? They keep without a fridge and a better alternative to just not eating. Failing that, trail mix and dried fruits do wonders for making sure your body has at least enough calories and sugar to keep going.

I'm really bad at taking care of myself
