Dietary Pondering
It seems like ovo-lacto vegetarian would be an easier route to go as opposed to being entirely vegan. I'm okay going without meat, but eggs are one staple I don't wish to part with. Cooking with a cast iron skillet would help maintain some amount of the mineral in my blood.
Here's to hoping my new job allows us to take home undesirable fruits and vegetables. That's one reason I chose to work for a produce company.
