I really hope that a port of the 3DS one isn't the Switch's only Monster Hunter activity ever
One made specifically for the hardware with a more traditional MH vibe but with a little knowledge of what did and didn't work in World re: streamlining and accessibility could really be something special
@ShugoWah ok but not the same production team as last time please
@ShugoWah as someone who only started with world, a lot of what I'd consider qol changes that I see people whine about would just make me... Not want to play the game if they were reverted.
@Lanceleoghauni yeah going back to pre-World is REALLY rough
like there's some stuff that older MH did better, but the next "old MH" could also learn a lot from World if the designers weren't too stubborn about it
@ShugoWah hey! Sharpness is important! Also you have to scavenge for them!
I realize it's system limitation but the areas not being monster + postage stamp of land is really nice
@ShugoWah honestly they could just give me MHGU but with the infinite use whetstones/pickaxes/bugnets from MHW and I'd be fine with it
@ShugoWah ok my bad this was from 18 hours ago and I had multiple tabs open apparently :aych:
part of me is like "duh of course Switch is going to get a new Monster Hunter that'd be ridiculous if it didn't" but then I cast a stinkeye at Cap "Hates Money" Com and I sincerely wonder
