guhhh im gettin sad i cant play monster hunter with anyone ;_; tri was such a formative online social experience for me and i miss that so badly, but i got on the gen ps4 train too late and dont have a switch or a good PC and it just.... sucks feelin left out yet again with a series i love so dearly hah

also gen had a lot of monsters i honestly kinda hated (especially the shitty low-effort 1st/2nd gen monsters they brought back for god knows what reason like bulldrome and kirin) but ultimate has a bunch of the monsters from 3u that i really missed in gen like barioth, narga, lagi, ludroth, and agnaktor and im UPSET. capcom pls just make the good shit and friend gaming available to me i beg u

@mira ah gosh I just got lucky with a really gracious friend dropping in my lap and even then I was really worried that I'd bounce off of it, but god, no, people like it for a reason, haha
If nothing else these games seem to last absolutely forever and I'm sure we'll get to play soon ;v;

@ShugoWah i mean that would be nice... i technically have access to a switch rn but it's a roommate's and also we cant afford dropping $60 on a game rn hah. aaand i just get antsy because like, i was late on board for 3u, i was late for gen (and also the 3ds controls made me hate it to an irrational degree) and i was late for world on the ps4 by just a couple months, and like for me theyre games that i devote hundreds of hours to (i think i was close to 2000 in tri as a teen) but other ppl rush through and then lose interest in a month or two ahah
but like, not to be a downer on your experience, im really glad youre getting to play mh with a group of friends because that is just straight up the best shit ;w;
