I have discovered that Textured Vegetable Protein flakes can be eaten like breakfast cereal. Just put like 3/4 a cup into a bowl and add milk.
The calories are like 80 or 90 per 1/4 cup serving, and it is low on carbs, has no sugar, and is high in protein and fiber.
On its own, its taste is okay I guess, but when I add in some cinnamon and splenda its pretty tasty. It's also pretty filling for the small serving size I eat.
