I suspect the preg kink is a lot more common that might be immediately apparent. Breeding is an assertion of cis-gender identity, the ultimate goal of virility and maternity. Yet another thing that is normal until we start asking questions about it.
Being that I'm no fun, I have problems resolving the pregnancy kink in my own personal narrative. Siring children is a serious commitment. Is it fair to bring new life into the world, just to get one's rocks off? I can't stop thinking about the years of responsibility from a moment of passion.
