Some people sleep 10 hours a night. Some people only sleep 6. I've known folks who rarely sleep more than in 2-3 hour bursts.
It seems the more we learn about diversity in health, the more we learn that there's never a "one size fits all" answer to the best practices for one's health. You're fine. ^^
