Can someone tell my why Animal Crossing isn't compatible with my AT&T Motorola MotoG3? It's got Android 5.1.1 on it. The google play store says it's not compatible.

@Sparrow Yeah I'm trying to check but idk where it says in google play store...

@masklayer

Oh, this is beyond my abilities. Thank you though!

@Sparrow Ok! But in case you mean you don't know how to sideload, just because it's a useful thing to know about:
Go to Settings/Security in the settings app (path may be slightly different) and turn on "unknown sources," which will let you install apps from outside the store. Then just download and open that apk file (or any other one you trust).

@masklayer

That is what I meant. Thank you, I'll give it a try. :)

@Sparrow Oh, ok, so it installed though, are you able to check for updates in the google play store and update it that way?

@masklayer

Yeah, the app doesn't show up in the play store or my library.

I'll go ahead and try that. Sounds like other folks were having similar problems.

Thanks!
