Plurality/multiplicity

Does anyone have links to multiplicity/plurality?

I've been thinking lately about how multiplicity is a useful way to describe my gender and identity, but because I do not have DID I'm not sure if it's appropriative for me to use that set of vocabulary.

If anyone has information about what it means to be plural or the criteria for defining one's identity this way, I would love to see.

Thanks in advanced!

@Sparrow www.amiplural.com seems popular. I don't know I kinda just bruteforced it on myself.

I mean, that works too.

I'm just the kinda person who likes to do a TON of research before I'm sure if someone applies to me or not.

Even though plurality has appealed since late middle school. ^^;;

@Sparrow honestly, as someone who's a sometimes system... It's difficult to really say for sure, if it's a model that seems useful it's totally worth exploring to see if it works.

Yeah, absolutely. :D Just as always, I'm afraid of over-diagnosing myself, or appropriating language that belongs to people with DID.

However, the more I read about it, the more it seems that:
A. Plurality is a really good way for me to describe my fractured sense of sense
B. I have a lot of similar mental health issues as others with DID

*fractured sense of self, sorry
