I don't let money come in the way of my friendships. If I give money to a friend, unless there is terrible need for it to be repaid, then it is a gift. If it comes back to me, then it is also a gift.

I respect my friends and they respect me because we earn that respect by everything we do. This leads to my friends often being closer than blood family.

since then if someone wants to repay me i let them. sometimes thats important. otherwise it's like you say. just a gift.
