"Massive win for transgender people in the US 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.

The US Court of Appeals rules that the Americans with Disabilities Act protects transgender people.

Trans people MUST be afforded all accommodations, medical interventions, cannot be unduly targeted."

@LexYeen Hopefully this means that insurance companies will not be able to deny coverage gender-affirming healthcare and surgeries.

@Zauberin I hope so too, but that might require the ADA to be enforced - and there's been a concentrated effort to pull funding from enforcement of it basically since it became law, so... yeah. Hoping, but not holding my breath. :blobyeensad:
