@Nezumi_Youjo I think that ultimately she overestimates and underestimates CWs at the same time.
On one hand, CWs don't prevent you from clicking through them and reading the post. If someone is interested in politics, they'd read a CW'd post. Heck, you can use a CW to attract their attention by formulating it properly (e. g., "CW politics" vs "CW politics, trans issues").
On the other hand, if someone doesn't want to read up on the topic, they can filter out tags or just mute/block a user.
