one thing that's awesome about my new coffee roaster is how quiet it is, and how it doesn't fill the house with smoke like the old one
@inurashii ah, you also roast?! What are you using now and what did you use before?
@bea before I had the freshroast "glass tube with a hat" model, but now I'm using a Behmor drum roaster. Still getting used to the roast times being a bit longer.
@bea But yeah I love roasting!! I'm getting back into it due to a break where my roaster broke and I couldn't afford a new one
the new one is a present from my mom :) :)
@inurashii ahhh gotcha gotcha, welcome back~ I also use a behmor and before that a fresh roast. I think you're the only other person I've met on here who roasts 🤔
@inurashii no, cause it's a pain with the border and stuff. I buy wholesale once a year or so from a guy outside Toronto who imports from Brazil. I'm kind of missing having more variety but it's tough to beat the price and simplicity so I've been doing this for a while
