Laptop theft day 5: @UPSHelp@twitter.com has been no help at all, and the manager at the UPS Store it was supposed to be delivered to keeps trying to direct me there. She's also really cagey about confirming they never received the package in writing, or providing proof of delivery.

@UPSHelp@twitter.com At this point, I'm just going to consider the laptop stolen by @UPS@twitter.com and file a police report. I'll also report the theft to the BBB or whoever else I can for some kind of consequences. I should not have to spend hours of my time just to get them to admit their error.
