Three pounds of corn, a cup of half-and-half, a quarter-cup of corn meal, a tablespoon of rosemary, and a tablespoon of kosher salt, cooked together over medium high heat, produces a little over three pints of creamed corn once mulched.

Unfortunately, this means I only have two pint jars of creamed corn to store in the pantry, as I wanted a pint of creamed corn to produce cornbread, to produce cornbread stuffing.

Still, two jars is two more than I had before. Progress.

Bleargh. One of the two cans didn't process correctly; they were both just a pinch too full, but one of them sealed and the other didn't.

So it looks like there's gonna be a lot of cornbread in my immediate future. Oh noes.

@orrery If it turns out its too much cornbread, I will gladly rescue you from such a terrible fate

@kelseyhusky Oh dear.

I'd better make some honey butter, just in case.
