At the paganism class I was at last Saturday the person teaching started getting kinda sweary (talking about overuse of the word "shaman" in particular).

They then said "Yeah, language is paint and I like to use all the colors."

As someone who likes to say fuck etc, that phrase is gonna stick with me.

... And I just now remembered that "colorful language" is a common euphemism.

Also highly amused (linguistically) by them later that evening using "profanity" while leading the creation of a sacred ritual space.
