My dang mouse keeps clicking twice on a single push, and it's driving me up the wall when I end up double, triple, or even quad-clicking something unexpectedly.
I'm really hoping it's the raw humidity of the place I'm in for the next few days; I really don't want to have to replace my mouse again.

@Balina
I’ve had a similar issue with a lot of mice I’ve owned, including my current one. I have the Logitech MMO mouse and my issue *might* be a buildup of static in the mouse from the wide plastic feet gliding over my cloth mousepad. I have to unplug and click the hell out of it discharge to static and it works!... for a few days. I may also be a gunked up button since the double clicking seems to happen more often when I apply pressure to certain parts of the button.

@Alistor @Balina At one point, there was a run of bad switches produced that would fail way earlier than expected. I know a lot of them ended up in Logitech mice (I had the same problem on two in a row). This third one seems to have gotten past the problem, but I never found a fix beyond replacement.
