How would you make CSS render a table cell that contains two divs -- an identifier and a description -- such that a long identifier will force the cell to render in a different size, but a long description will get truncated with ellipses?

@orrery That sounds like a job for some Regex + Conditional logic. In your shoes, i'd probably be bruteforcing with if/than/else statements, but i know jack and shit about coding in the 2019.
