Web Design: Fursuit Configurator
Quite pleased with the changes I've been making to the configurator form. Decided in the spirit of Hick's Law that I should reduce the radio button options, which has in turn meant I needed to create some new interface elements like a clear all button, but I think the time invested is worth the streamlined interaction.

Well I'm relatively happy as I've finished coding up the changes that both streamlines the selection process and adds a discount option. Just need to test the figures it's producing are correct.

I hate how my jQuery has ballooned to 500 odd lines. Really need to figure out how I can improve and trim it down and just make the whole thing more manageable.

@stuart_otterson I've made some pretty complex product configuration things with Vue.js before.
I think reactive tools like that work well for situations like that, then you can work more on business logic and less on DOM manipulation and state management.

@kimpegasus thanks. I watched the intro video the other night and I’m intrigued by the possibilities. And since it’s plug and play I could gradually replace the jQuery piece by piece.

@stuart_otterson Vue is a neat little thing, and yeah, the ability to drop it into existing stuff is great. I use it for progressively enhancing complex forms a lot of the time!
