As for my two shortcuts:
Naptime turns off the lights, sets a one hour timer, turns on DND, and starts quietly playing a podcast with a 20 minute cut-off.
This Week integrates with my timekeeping app and does some funky math to tell me when I've done enough hours for the day.
All of my widgets are fat stacks by the way.
Top left for system stuff. Top right for distraction stuff. Large middle for productivity stuff.
My iPad has distractions and productivity reversed, given I mostly use it as a consumption device.
