Movement disorder kvetching
Having a Real Bad Time trying to hold still tonight. If I focus on holding my hands still, I grind my tongue against the roof of my mouth. If I focus on holding my tongue still, I hold my breath. If I focus on breathing, my hands go nuts. Rrgh. But basically all but the tic should go away over time, now that I'm off the atypicals, so I guess just wait?

Often the symptoms of tardive dyskinesia are not apparent until the individual comes off of the antipsychotic drugs..."

@makyo Oof. Yeah, that would be a bit annoying. ^^;

Still a twitchy mess. Made working semi-horizontal (which is relatively common) super uncomfortable. Walked to burn off some of the energy, at least!
