Still a twitchy mess. Made working semi-horizontal (which is relatively common) super uncomfortable. Walked to burn off some of the energy, at least!

@makyo I don't know what mine qualifies as, but I would really love my body to stop twitching me awake as I'm about 95% asleep. :(
