Is sleeping for 7 hours at night and then another 4 in the afternoon unhealthy?

I'm not seriously concerned, which is why I'm asking you guys and not a doctor. But curious.

@Sparrow Nah! It might screw up your sleep schedule a little, but it's totally fine. ♥️

Some people sleep 10 hours a night. Some people only sleep 6. I've known folks who rarely sleep more than in 2-3 hour bursts.

It seems the more we learn about diversity in health, the more we learn that there's never a "one size fits all" answer to the best practices for one's health. You're fine. ^^

I think more than anything I'm worried about my oversleeping just being a mental health side effect. But I'm working on that, and I think napping itself is okay (though I might shorten my naps from 4 hours to 1-2 hours just so I can get more done).
