@noiob i know EXACTLY what you're talking about, but if i could do it... heh.
I'd first need to get it to like being a draggable window, and after that who knows, mayyybe it's possible with some kind of CSS background attachment property, i hope.
@dogo the effect showing up while scrolling would probably suffice, and I guess that "parallax scrolling" effect every pretentious website had for a while would work well
