I really do not understand why so many companies where their workers do work on computers are so adamant that people come into the office, especially when a) it's been shown that remote workers are often more productive and b) they would save so much money on tech, space, etc if they gave people the option to work from home???
Do they really hate disabled people so much that they'd rather lose profit than risk giving us jobs?
