Is there a good self-hostable collaborative editor to be found anywhere? Like Google Docs, without all the Google.

@porsupah haven't had any issues with it, though my main experience with it is collecting people's food orders. Their calc document editor is actually based on OnlyOffice
Nextcloud also has collaborative features, it's a bit hard to find and I think you need to integrate OnlyOffice or collabora for anything more complex than markdown
@noiob Ah, that's a familiar name. PiratePad's also been suggested - same kind of deal.
