I think I somehow turned off notifications for the iPhone reminders app which Siri uses whenever I ask it to remind me of something at a time, and I can't find any setting to turn them back on....... does anyone know how to do this 🤦‍♀️

Reminders isn't in that list for me

Reminders settings in Settings app doesn't have a Notifications section and only has a couple options related to notifications for me
